Running costs are paid directly by you: a domain name (usually £10–£40 a year), hosting (often free or a few pounds a month for sites like these) and any booking or shop provider (from free to around £30 a month, depending on the provider). We’ll give you exact figures before you commit.

I was born in Tokyo and have called the Isle of Man home since I was five. I build websites, apps and automated workflows — and growing up here, I kept noticing the same thing: brilliant local businesses whose websites didn’t do them justice. We agree a timeline before we start. Our aim for an Essentials site is two to three weeks once we have your text and photos; workflows and shops take a little longer because we set up and test the whole process with you.
Yes. Your domain and hosting are set up in your name, and you receive the site’s source files. If you ever want to move on, everything is yours to take.
Most owners prefer to send us a quick message — on a Care plan, small updates are included each month. If you’d like to edit things yourself, we can set up simple editing for the parts you change often, like menus, prices or opening hours.
We choose established providers that suit your business and work on the island — for appointments, table bookings, classes or a small shop. Before recommending anything that takes payments, we check it supports Isle of Man businesses: some popular options, including Stripe and Square, didn’t as of October 2026.
Not necessarily. A tune-up can fix phone layout, speed or security warnings, and we can often add a workflow — like online booking — to the site you already have. We’ll tell you honestly which option makes sense.
